Investigating criminal law and personal injury
Since 1997, Timothy Norris has been working exclusively for Memphis criminal defense lawyer Stephen R. Leffler, investigating criminal and personal injury cases. Mr. Norris is authorized to serve summonses, and subpoenas in Shelby County, Tennessee. Mr. Norris conducts authorized surveillance, serves as a deposition videographer, and is particularly talented in locating hard-to-find witnesses and other parties.
Mr. Norris is available to investigate criminal cases not handled by our firm, while still under the supervision of attorney Stephen R. Leffler. His investigative services are available for an hourly fee, and he is a direct link to the status of your case, 24 hours a day.
Mission Statement
There is little that is more frustrating than to desperately need to speak to someone at your attorney's office only to then speak to a receptionist. More often than not, your message will be left sitting on the attorney's desk until late in the afternoon when he returns from court and begins to return calls. If you are lucky, you will hear from him at the end of the day or sometime the next day. Our firm finds this manner of practice to be completely unacceptable.
In contrast, our office phones are forwarded to my personal mobile phone. This means that you immediately will reach me and have direct access to the status of your case. I can discuss criminal charges, the injury you have suffered, or the litigation in which you are involved. Though I cannot offer legal advice, I can set an appointment, discuss our retainer fees, and inform you of the way we plan to service your specific needs. I look forward to providing you excellent service.
